I am a semi retired Managing Director of a successful private company in the Automotive sector with a 25-years experience.

Outside of work, I am a successful published author, and writer, with my semi-fictional novel, Certified, becoming an Amazon best seller and nominated for an International CIBA Book Award.

Writing the book made me realise who I am today, who I was, and how my early life shaped me to be the person I am today with regards work and love. Delving deep into my memories I now understand how having an absent father, a toxic, abusive relationship in my late twenties, and an unexpected daughter, moulded my personality, making me a better person, parent, and employer.
