In 2015, at age 52, I suffered a heart attack. The Doctor told me I needed to manage stress (among other things). I had to reinvent myself physically and emotionally. One of the things I did was start a daily gratitude practice. And I studied what causes stress, and what helps manage it.
I learned that I have a burning desire to help others manage their stress. I wrote a book and am still writing a daily post "Great Things That Happened Yesterday". The goal is to get others to de-stress by recognizing what is great in their life (and in some cases even start their own daily list).
