Neil Gallagher is a Tampa local, Marine Corps Veteran, and graduate of the University of South Florida. He is Vice President and Co-Founder of a Tampa Bay-based solar company. In his free time, he works with work release and re-entry centers teaching financial literacy and business planning to inmates about to re-enter society.
