Lexie Bean (they/he) a trans multimedia artist from the Midwest whose work revolves around themes of bodies, homes, cyclical violence, and queer identity. They are a Jerome Hill Artist Fellow, member of the RAINN National Leadership Council, and a Lambda Literary
Award Finalist for WRITTEN ON THE BODY and their work with fellow trans survivors of domestic violence, serving as a keynote speaker for several universities around the US. Their experimental and animated shorts, FULL, TRANS BOY REMEMBER, and THE SHIP WE BUILT, which later became a novel with Penguin Random House and a feature-length film script, has played in festivals around the world. SCAVENGER HUNT FOR PEOPLE LONELIEST IN THEIR OWN HOMES, was commissioned by Price Hill Will and premiered as Best Experimental Film at Indie Short Awards Cannes. Their work has been featured in Teen Vogue, New York Times, Huffington Post, The Feminist Wire, Ms. Magazine, Them, Bust Magazine, Autostraddle,
and more. WHAT WILL I BECOME? is Lexie's first feature length documentary project.
Logan Rozos (he/him)
Logan is an actor, artist, and gay Black trans man. He made his acting debut in 2019 on the Peabody-nominated television drama DAVID MAKES MAN. He was an honoree in Teen Vogue’s 20 Under 20 Queer Artists and Activists To Watch and a recipient of the 2019 Parity Award for outstanding work by LGBTQ people of faith. WHAT WILL I BECOME? is his first project as a director.
