Courtney Vickery

Courtney Vickery is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Yoga Teacher who has been working in the field of health for over 15 years. She's passionate about providing nutrition and body image healing services that are based on Intuitive Eating and weight inclusivity. To maintain balance in her life, she left her healthcare administrative job and ventured out as a solo entrepreneur in 2020. This life change has allowed her to focus on the work she loves while giving her the flexibility needed as a mom of two young children. She lives in the Athens, GA area with her husband, their 6-year-old daughter (who has a newfound love of Harry Potter), 2-year-old son (who loves playing outside with his dad), 1 dog, and 2 cats. It’s definitely a full house! When she isn't cooking up dinner or working with clients, you can find her curled up with a good sci-fi book.
