Neurodivergent Coach
Cathy offers over 30 years of experience coaching, leading, and developing individuals, C-suite executives & leadership teams to build and unlock their potential in work and life. Over a career working both as a corporate team member, leader and as a consultant, Cathy is known for her creative, bespoke solutions to performance challenges facing people and organisations, leveraging her knowledge of neuroscience and deep understanding of human nature to achieve changes when previous efforts have failed or stalled.
Cathy has worked for Fortune100 companies, across all industries and sectors and within many different cultures, where her collaborative approach has enabled her to consistently achieve positive results. Clients included Investment banks (Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan), Pharmaceutical (Dupont, GSK etc), Professional services (eg KPMG) and other sectors.
Cathy has acted as a Trusted Advisor to several Fortune 100 companies, working globally with senior stakeholders to analyse, develop and deliver culture changing training programmes and act as an executive coach and mentor to company directors. These programmes often started as “training” but revealed that processes and systems needed to be redesigned to support the behaviour and culture changes required. This included Cathy working as a trusted performance coach to Directors at JPMorgan.
More recently, Cathy was diagnosed with ADHD and this was shortly followed by another diagnosis of autism. She realised that the celints she really conencted with -- were also Neurodivergent. As an outcome of this she is now in the process of setting up the non profit membership organisation of The Association of Neurdivergent Coaches (ANDC) to advocate and support ND coaches and procide resources and a platform for coaches and clients to find each other and connect.
Cath is also the author of Compelte confidence: how to build the confidence you need to enjoy your life -- a book she wrote after the available ways to rebuild confidence failed her and she developed her own approach to building confidence that then has also worked for many others at work and in life!
