I'm a mother and grandmother who didn't discover my autism until very late in life. I've worked as a wildlife rehabilitation worker, zookeeper, interpretive naturalist, and weaver. And I've written a book that is still in revision, but I hope to publish when it's ready. My creativity and my love of nature are my ways of connecting with a world that, for most of my life, made no sense to me. Discovering my autism has allowed me to understand myself and make sense of my life for the first time.
